Shipping Policy

Every piece is created with intention and made to order. Because our products are not mass-produced, please allow 10–12 business days for production and processing before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Production & Processing: 10–12 Business Days
  • Shipping: 3–5 Business Days

Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales events, or carrier delays.

We appreciate your patience as we create each item specifically for you.

Made-To-Order Products

Most D_ESSENCE products are made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste.

Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once production has begun.

Please review all sizing, colors, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preference
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse

Please refer to the sizing information provided on each product page before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the error was made on our end, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

D_ESSENCE is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
