How long will it take to receive my order?

Because most items are made to order, please allow 10–12 business days for production and processing before your order ships.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Why does production take longer than other brands?

At D_ESSENCE, we focus on quality over quantity. Each item is created specifically for the customer rather than being mass-produced and sitting in a warehouse. This allows us to maintain quality while creating products with purpose.

What size should I order?

We recommend reviewing the size guide on each product page before placing your order. If you’re between sizes, consider sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Do you offer oversized fits?

Some products are available in oversized or relaxed-fit options. Product details and fit information can be found on the individual product pages.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may only be canceled or changed before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

• Photos of the item
• A description of the issue

We will review your request and work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

How should I care for my apparel?

For best results:

• Machine wash cold
• Turn garment inside out before washing
• Hang dry when possible
• Tumble dry low if needed
• Do not iron directly on printed designs

Following these instructions will help extend the life of your garment and preserve the design.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some designs may return, while others may be released as limited-edition drops and never restocked. Follow us on social media and subscribe to our email list for updates on future releases.

Do you offer custom designs?

At this time, D_ESSENCE does not offer custom apparel orders. However, special projects and collaborations may be announced in the future.
